W.C.G.S offers high quality, fair chase, trophy Mule Deer, Elk, Antelope, and Shiras Moose hunts, on private ranches in Northern Utah. It seems "a million miles from anywhere". Let our professional guides show you the flyfishing adventure you've always dreamed of. Stalk the wild Cutthroats on many miles of pristine mountain streams, or enjoy stillwater flyfishing on our 9 beautiful lakes/ponds. Our fishing trips are spectacular and are great for one person or two. We can tailor your trip for any specific needs: one day or multi days. You must be with a member of the Wild Country Gold Club to fishing any of our leases.
Hunting Wild Country Guide Service offers some of the most premier big game hunts in the United States for Rocky Mountain Elk and Mule Deer. Our leases include ranches from 8,000 acres to 200,000 acres. Your hunting experience with us will be unique due to the large number of animals that are resident on these ranches and managed for great antler quality.
Our camps are all established cabins with hot and cold running water, flush toilets, and a great camp cook. Other camps are nice tent camps where we do it the old way. Our success ratio has been 85 percent for elk the last 10 years, with our trophy elk averaging 340 B&C gross score on some ranches and 315 on others and topping out at a whopping 397+ B&C gross score. The trophy deer harvested by our clients have averaged 175 B&C gross score, with their top being 219 6/8 B&C gross score. Our seccess rate on mule deer is around 60%. Our hunt areas have guaranteed licenses through Utah's CWMU programs. We offer fully guided, one on one hunts and two on one hunts depending on which hunt you choose. We feel confident that booking with us will be one of the best experiences you have had in the field.
