Tyson has been around fly fishing, hunting, and the outdoors since he was born. When Tyson was very young his dad, Tom, was a professional fly fishing guide on the Green River in Utah and in the Island Park area of Idaho. Tyson's passion for fly fishing started when he watched his dad when he was a young boy. Tyson started coming up to Deseret with his family in the early 90's when he was around 3-4 years old.
Tyson is an avid fly fisherman and spends many days throughout the year on a river or lake. Fly fishing is his biggest passion and he loves spending his time on prestine Rocky Mountain rivers and lakes catching and releasing trout.
Adventures, finding remote fly fishing destinations, and site seeing magestic wilderness areas is also something Tyson enjoys. "The Rocky Mountains offer the greatest fly fishing, hunting, and the most beautful country in the world." Tyson hopes to one day be able to share his passion for fly fishing, the outdoors, and Deseret with his future children and with his wife.
