MTI is a Utah corporation that was developed in 2011 as an outdoor, recreation, and wildlife management company. The company’s main focus is to lease premium quality ranches that have a very high potential for trophy big game hunting, waterfowl and upland bird hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, photography, and many other outdoor activities.
MTI collaborates with corporations, families, and/or individuals to ensure the highest quality lease program. MTI contracts only the top in the industry for our outfitters, guides, cooks, biologist, and security to ensure every visiting client has the best experience possible. As stewards of the habitat and wildlife, MTI staff and contractors spend countless hours on our leases. This work is spent doing habitat rehabilitation, studying the wildlife, as well as working with ranch owners, state wildlife agencies, local and national conservations groups, and the surrounding landowners. This hard work brings phenomenal experiences in the field or on the water. MTI is future oriented and is looking to bring the highest satisfaction for years to come to our lessees, clients, and landowners.
Our lessees have the ability to use the ranches for many different reasons, included but not limited to, public relations, company meetings, corporate retreats, owner and employee perks, family and friend getaways, and more.
